About the Remote Sales Manager position

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our global team. This person will start and lead a remote team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will partner with the HR Department to recruit a team of driven, result-oriented Sales Representatives. He/She must be able to establish new sales procedures, deliver remote training individually and in groups, and ensure that new members of the Sales team accomplish the sales goals and metrics. The Sales Manager has also to deliver cross-functional training sessions with other departments and coach project managers and the Localization team. You must have extensive knowledge of technologies, and must be able to integrate and incorporate the technologies into our company such as Pipedrive, Insights view, Salesforce, among others.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan and collaborate on the creation of a new sales department.
  • Source, recruit, and hire for the sales department.
  • Develop and train current and new sales representatives of the department.
  • Assist in training and coaching our different departments on improving their selling skills.
  • Research and adapt existing technologies that can help improve the sales department.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field in the Language Service industry or E-commerce businesses.
  • Knowledge and experience using tools such as Pipedrive, Insights view, Salesforce and among others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Familiar with CRM and sales software in order to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational and skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) and fluent in a foreign language.
