About the Customer Support Manager Position

Day Translations is announcing its remote career opening for the position of Customer Support Manager. We are seeking someone who is highly educated, ethical, professional and courteous at all times. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be in charge of providing support for all our clients by setting up customer support tickets, dealing with clients, reducing errors, quality assurance, customer chats, phone chat handling and more. We have a large team of customer service representatives, and we are seeking an organized manager to take charge in this managerial position.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer service department and ensure every representative can provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in setting up customer support tickets for all clients of our services and products.
  • Be able to handle and deal escalations with our clients.
  • Be responsible on helping reducing errors in our customer service processes and experience.
  • Take part in quality assurance by ensuring we are providing the best possible service to our customers.
  • Handle and manage incoming customer emails.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from our clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service managerial positions
  • University degree a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, Chinese or Arabic languages is an advantage
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) and fluency in a foreign language
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism, politeness, and proactivity
