About the Pipedrive Coordinator position

Day Translations is looking for an experienced Pipedrive Coordinator who can take initiative on automating our sales processes with Pipedrive, and at the same time be able to teach our teams and departments on how to properly use Pipedrive. We are seeking to automate processes that can aid our sales teams by saving time and finding more leads and prospects.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage our Pipedrive CRM and teach our teams on how to use it.
- Use Pipedrive to automate sales processes such as saving more time and find more leads for our sales department.
- Analyzing and evaluating ways that Pipedrive can improve our processes.
- Study which Pipedrive plugins can benefit us.
- Coordinate sales with Pipedrive.
Requirements:
- Experience with the CRM Pipedrive and it’s automation processes.
- Familiar with CRM and sales software in order to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational and skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) and fluent in a foreign language.
Candidates should be prepared to take additional tests/interviews.
